General

If you are inquiring about a tattoo that you already have a design for, please include sizing and placement or we will not be able to give you a quote and you may not receive a reply

All appointments need a deposit to be paid at the time of booking; this can be done in person or via PayPal. Deposits are non refundable


If you are inquiring about a custom tattoo and you need a design the please realise there is a waiting list that can be up to a month for appointments, and please be prepared to pay a deposit for the design



We recommend coming to the studio for a consultation for custom work, but if you need to book via email, please include any reference material that you may have, details of the placement and the size you want the piece to be, also please let us know if u wanted the tattoo in colour or grey scale



No design work is done without a deposit, and deposits are non refundable



We cannot book you in sooner if you try to bribe us, so don’t try!


We do not have a cancellation list, if someone cancels then the artist uses the time to catch up on design work or takes walk-in customers
Cover-ups

If you are inquiring about a cover up, we highly recommend coming to the studio. It is much easier for the artist to decide whether the tattoo can be covered if she sees it in person

Please be prepared for the new tattoo to be larger than what you want to cover, and realise that the choices of images is far more limited to be a successful cover up


If the design for your cover up is not what you had in mind, but is the only feasible way for the cover up to be successful, the deposit is non-refundable

We take great pride in our work and will not cover a tattoo unless we are pleased and convinced it will work well. We see too many "cover-up's” done that have had no thought put into them, and we are left picking up the pieces, trying to cover the original cover up!


Julia enjoys doing cover up's so as long as you are willing to listen to her advice, you will end up with a beautiful, new tattoo!
Piercing

If you are enquiring about a piercing, please let us know what piercing you want and we can give a price

The piercer does not work everyday so it is advised to call ahead of time to double check availability

Appointments are not necessary for piercings, as long as the piercer is working that day
